Hello, my name is Karen Lindsay and I am passionate about creating more authentic connection in this world and empowering people – including myself – to have this experience. In recent years, I’ve been drawn to continually raise my consciousness about who I am being in the world and how I can contribute to the world by sharing more of myself. This blog is an outgrowth of this journey.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked in the business communications field, supporting organizations to communicate the value of their products and services and keep audiences informed and engaged. It’s a career I’ve thoroughly enjoyed and one that’s aligned well with my curiosity and creativity.

Born and raised in Southern California, my favorite hobbies include hiking, cooking, watching documentary films, and playing board games.
